Argonomic Baseline Assessment
An Agronomic Baseline Assessment is a documented “snap-shot” of a property, with a focus on weed, soil, vegetation and water. We also include advice on our recommended primary and secondary land uses suitable for each paddock.

Agricultural Land Lease Contract Management includes assisting with the generation of a contract between the mines and the farmer leasing the land. This service ensures both parties understand their rights and responsibilities under the contract.

PY Agronomy provides Agricultural Land Lease Monitoring and Auditing Services which include monitoring of the property in accordance with industry regulations (ground cover, weed management etc), ongoing review and monitoring of the lease, and advice on changes to land use or management practices as required.
